For the processing of data related to the services of the website, the Owner uses servers located within the European territory. As indicated, however, since the Data Controller sends commercial and promotional communications via email using the platform and the IT tools offered by the “MailChimp” service, the American company The Rocket Science Group, the data of the interested party who signs up for the newsletter service will be transferred abroad; however, the interested party is informed that, in order to legitimize and guarantee the transfer of non-EU data, standard contractual clauses have been signed with the company providing the service, which also participates in the Privacy Shield.

The personal data collected may be processed electronically or on paper, and will, in any case, always be protected by adequate security systems that are constantly updated and stored in a secure and controlled environment, in compliance with the provisions of the Informative note art. 13 Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and art. 14 of the GDPR n. 679/2016 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”)
